Rayve Malhotra is the founder and CEO of Trivega and a cybersecurity and technology executive with over twenty years of experience leading enterprise transformation, regulatory compliance, and complex technology programs. He has served in CIO, CTO, program leadership, and advisory roles, helping public-sector and regulated organizations strengthen cybersecurity governance, oversee large-scale modernization initiatives, and translate regulatory requirements into operational systems. His work spans artificial intelligence governance, cybersecurity analytics, independent verification and validation, enterprise risk, and evidence-based compliance. Rayve holds advanced credentials in cybersecurity, program management, and risk management and is completing the Chief Technology Officer Program through MIT Professional Education. At Trivega, he leads corporate vision, product strategy, and strategic partnerships, bringing together compliance automation, threat intelligence, and collective defense to help security-sensitive organizations move from periodic assessments and reactive controls toward continuous, evidence-driven protection.
Ben Sheppard is a four-time founder and Trivega COO with over twenty years of experience building and scaling companies across AI, infrastructure, and regulated technology sectors. He previously co-founded Silta Finance, raising $2.2M in pre-seed funding and leading the platform to $1M ARR within its first year following a strategic pivot. Earlier in his career, Ben served as an early operator at Streamr during its scale-up from five to over thirty people following a $32M raise, and spent a decade in infrastructure finance and M&A, including as buy-side advisor on a $67M acquisition. At Trivega, Ben leads operational strategy and execution, building the commercial infrastructure and go-to-market systems that turn technical capability into a scalable business. He works with founders and executive teams navigating complex, high-stakes environments, bringing direct operating experience rather than theoretical frameworks to the table.
Paul Netopski brings over twenty years of defense industrial base cybersecurity experience that directly mirrors Trivega's core product offerings. As a Certified CMMC Assessor, Certified CMMC Professional and CMMC Credentialed Instructor, Paul has spent years operationalizing exactly what Trivega automates, CMMC 2.0 compliance, NIST SP 800-171 implementation, and continuous security program management for defense contractors. His hands-on work establishing cybersecurity programs at defense manufacturers producing Naval underwater systems, developing RMF packages, conducting FedRAMP readiness assessments, and building virtual CISO services maps precisely onto Trivega's managed service portfolio of Managed CMMC Compliance, Managed Threat Defense, Virtual CISO, and Multi-Framework Compliance. Having built and led compliance and security programs from the ground up at organizations ranging from MIT Lincoln Laboratory to The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, and through his own veteran-owned consultancy serving the DIB, Paul understands the operational pain points that Trivega's patent-pending platform is designed to eliminate. His experience developing service catalogs, delivering CMMC training through licensed training providers, and advising defense contractors on supply chain risk and CUI handling gives him the practitioner credibility to shape a product that speaks the language of its customers, making him uniquely positioned to serve as Trivega's Chief Product Officer and translate deep domain expertise into a platform purpose-built for the defense industrial base.
Abdul Rehman is the founder of WeBetterAI and an AI technology leader with ten years of experience delivering enterprise systems across the legal, healthcare, and sports analytics sectors in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. His doctoral research spans autonomous medical nanobots, acoustic communication, and real-time vascular condition detection, including systems designed to identify and analyze clot formation from within the bloodstream. He has also conducted research in quantum key distribution and post-quantum cryptography, implementing algorithms that protect data transmission against classical and quantum attacks. His work covers secure-channel design, cryptographic key exchange, and threat modeling for next-generation systems operating in constrained, high-risk environments. At Trivega, Abdul brings together hands-on AI engineering and advanced research in cryptography, medical robotics, and secure systems design to guide the development of technology for security- and compliance-sensitive organizations.
